Where are my numbers stored: on my device or on your servers?
We offer both options. You can keep calculations in your own browser, or save them to your account if you have a Pro subscription.
What happens to device-stored calculations if I clear my browser or switch machines?
They are gone, and we cannot recover them, because we never had them. That is the price of the private option. If a calculation matters, put it in your account or download it.
Can I share a calculation with my gestor, my partner or a client?
Yes. Every result can be turned into a link that opens the tool with those figures already in it, so the person you send it to sees exactly what you saw, and can change a number and watch it move. What isn't transmitted this way, however, is your expenses or product lists.
Does a shared link expose my personal data to anyone who has it?
It contains the figures you calculated with, but neither your name, your email nor anything else. Anyone with the link can see those figures, so treat it like any other link with numbers in it.
Can I un-share something I shared?
No, because the numbers are directly in the link: it works for as long as somebody has it, the same way a forwarded email does. Do not send one to somebody you would not send a spreadsheet to.
How long do you keep my data if I stop using the site?
Saved calculations stay until you delete them or delete your account.
Dormant accounts are treated based on our privacy policy.
