Terms of use
Condiciones de uso
These terms apply to everyone who uses autonomotools.com. By creating an account you accept them. Who runs the site is in the legal notice, and what happens to your data is in the privacy policy.
The figures are estimates
The calculators and guides are orientation, not tax, legal or financial advice. The rules change every year, sometimes after the fact. Check important decisions with a gestor or with the authority concerned. Your filings are your own responsibility.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your email address secure: it is how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time in My area.
Membership
Membership is paid yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Paddle is the seller. Payment, invoices, refunds and your right of withdrawal are covered by Paddle's buyer terms.
If the price changes, you are told before your next renewal.
What you may not do
- Scrape the site or access it automatically in bulk
- Copy, resell or republish the calculators or their results as a service
- Get around the limits of the free plan, or share a paid account
- Disrupt or overload the site
An account that breaks these rules can be suspended or closed.
Comments
You are responsible for what you write. Comments that are unlawful, abusive or advertising are removed.
Content
The texts, calculations and design belong to me. You may use the results for your own affairs. What you type in stays yours.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. I am fully liable for intent, gross negligence and harm to health. Otherwise my liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
I may change these terms. If you have an account, you are told by email before a change takes effect.
Law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live and can go to court there. The Spanish version of these terms is the one that counts.
