What do I get from a Pro subscription?
You get full access to all tools, guides, calculators and how-to's currently on Autónomotools. You can store your numbers in your Autónomotools account, or just on your own machine. You can share calculations, download your data, and leave comments.
Are there any discounts?
Calculations under Spain's minimum wage (SMI) are free in all the calculators, including the paid ones.
What exactly is free, forever, with no account?
Every calculator on the site is free to use up to the minimum wage. If your net income (what you earn minus what you spend) is at or under the SMI, every calculator works in full, with no account and no card. Several other features are free at any income.
Why is the SMI-level calculation free?
One reason is that someone earning below SMI has to think very hard even about small purchases; also this policy gives potential Pro users a way to test the tools and see what they offer before signing up.
What happens to my free-tier saved calculation if I upgrade later?
It stays where it is and you keep it. Upgrading lifts the cap and the one-calculation limit; it does not move or reset anything you already have.
Can I try a Pro tool before paying?
Yes, as long as the yearly earnings you enter stay below minimum wage (around 16-17k) per year, you can use all calculators in full, no card or signup required.
Is there a free trial?
No.
Is there a monthly plan, or only annual?
Annual only. The low price makes a monthly subscription impractical and would generate unnecessary paperwork.
What happens to my Pro features if I stop paying? Do I lose my data?
You keep all the calculations you saved and you can still read them, download them and delete them. No data is deleted. What you lose is the ability to make new calculations that require a Pro subscription.
Do you offer a discount for students, low earners, or people just starting out?
The use of all the calculators under SMI (minimum wage) is free.
