What happens with my data?

What for: to send you email about Autónomotools: new tools, changes to existing ones, guides, offers, and other news about the site and about being autónomo in Spain. Your address is never sold, rented or passed on without your consent.
On what basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box and proven by pressing the link in the confirmation email. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing does not affect what was sent before.
For how long: until you unsubscribe. After that the record of your consent and of its withdrawal is kept as evidence that both happened, and the address is not written to again.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to complain to the AEPD. The privacy policy says how, and what is stored alongside your address.
